Directors
For us at MG Campamento, family values are very important. All our directors are fully dedicated to training and preparing our staff throughout the year to be ready to receive our campers in the summer.
They participate in international camp congresses, as well as national conferences, to stay up to date in all the latest information related to the camp profession, child development and safety standards. They are responsible for maintaining and passing on our camp values and philosophy, to strengthen and help the seed of the tree that is MG Campamento grow each year.

Coordinators
At MG Campamento, all our coordinators dedicate time throughout the year to get ready for the summer, and to help train the camp counselors that will work at camp.
They attend training workshops that guarantee their preparedness before the start of the summer season. They are committed young adults who will ensure an experience full of growth, learning and fun for each of our campers.

All of MG Campamento’s counselors train and acquire new tools during the year to generate genuine connections with our campers and be attentive towards them.
Our counselors participate in workshops and training sessions that ensure they are ready for the start of summer. They are committed young adults who are full of energy and who wish to help bring out our campers’ full potential. They are responsible for making our camp philosophy real and tangible.
